Every software team will become AI-native. But AI tools alone give you a velocity spike — not continuous acceleration. Sentrix was founded by Akbar Ahmed, a serial entrepreneur with deep experience in developer tools and enterprise software. We built Sentrix because we hit the coordination wall ourselves — AI tools gave us a velocity spike, but it plateaued. The missing piece wasn't a better tool; it was an AI-native process.
We use Sentrix every day to build Sentrix itself. Product requirements become technical design documents that conform to Clean Architecture. Those documents become production-ready code. The plan pipeline, the CLI, the platform dashboard — all built using this AI-native process. We are our own first customer.
We believe continuous acceleration in product development — not a one-time multiplier — is the structural advantage that defines the next era of software engineering.
